| Derby Day was Awesome! May 1st was Derby Day, and everyone had a great time at the Horse Races. Thanks to Jockey Jack Burley, who did an AWESOME job auctioning the horses and running the races. Thank you also to the Ticket Sellers: Helen Catchpole White, Eileen Dugan, Peggy Davenport, CM Bishop and Linda Presz, and thanks to the Bankers, Tom and Marie Smith. A Big Thank you to the Breeder of the Horses, Chrissy Royse. Great Job, Chrissy! All I can say is that it was one crazy day at the Club and I’m already looking forward to next year. |
