March 07, 2004 Blessing of the Fleet Photos

March 2004
BUSY Month - PLUS really Windy!

(If you want a copy of any of these photos, just "right click" on it, then choose the "save as" command and save to a place on your computer)

Past Port Captain Ralph Gentry, aboard Prowler, pulled out at the end of March - after having slip # 12 for the last 2 1/2 years straight.
He's "house sitting" the Keith's place while they cruise, and we're hoping that the Prowler returns to slip #12 in November as Ralph has requested.
For LOTS of photos of Ralph's nice Marine Trader boat, CLICK HERE.

"Bandit" - arriving from Key West

Gregory Absten with daughter Jessica in her "Three Sisters" Fatty Knees daysailer. Rowing practice in the marina basin.

The aquaduct authority decided to put up a fence with a barbed wire top this month. (terrorists?)

It was interesting to watch the truck backup and run over the fence they'd just installed!

Bet you didn't know we got Tsunami waves like this from Bayside!
